"I recently had a drainage problem in my kitchen sink. I called properly done rooter to come by and have a look see. They arrived in a short amount of time and when I explained the problem they explained how they would perform the job and gave me a reasonable estimate and as soon as I approved they started the job . It only took a few hours to do the job. They also installed a new garbage disposal and replaced the pipes under the sink. Every thing they did was to my approval. This company is family owned. There isn't a dispatch third party that gets a cut if the money for doing nothing. Theses are hard working brothers that know their business. They are responsible, respectful, and trustworthy. The price is extremely fair. I've hired plumbers in the past that left the place a mess and didn't clean up after. Some never showed up and if they did they would give you a price and then told you you need to pay more for something that was hidden and what could you do but pay it because they would tell you that when everything was taken apart. I myself am a contractor so I know about things and I would highly recommend this company for any of my plumbing jobs and you should too. By the way they smell better then Mike Diamond plumbers."

"Jorge was quick to respond and came the same day to provide quote for project. Seemed pretty straightforward and we needed to have a rusted water spigot and connecting pipes. Unlike other companies, he didn't try to up-sell or scare me into replacing all my water pipes ( another company did) Got a few estimates and his seemed the most reasonable and availability was asap. One they started they did have to a bit extra since the rust was so bad and replaced the part of the pup going into the house. Even though this was extra work, they honored the initial quote. We'll definitely add him to our list of local services for future use."

"1930's house in Alhambra with cast iron mainline!!! With all of this rain we had roots growing into the main clogging everything. Jorge and his crew found the roots with cameras and cleared them out!! Also added a "trap" which many of these older homes don't have. This makes it easier access for any future plumbing problems. On one of the coldest days in Los Angeles they fixed the problem in one day. Up to 5 crew members working at one point."
